Seminar Policies

Record Retention:

It is the policy of this organization to retain all records (attendance, evaluations, etc) for at least five years in accordance with the guidelines set forth by The NASBA. This organization will go beyond this requirement and retain all records for as long as is practical beyond that frame. Additionally, this organization will provide historical attendance records to attendees as quickly as possible when requested. .

Replacement attendee:

An attendee who is unable to attend a seminar may send a substitute attendee for any paid seminar. Advance notice of substitution is requested but not mandatory.

Refunds:

This organization provides a full refund for all programs cancelled by the attendee within 45 days prior to the seminar date. Cancellations less than

Complaints regarding the cancellation policy are generally resolved by providing optional seminar attendance dates or locations. That is; if an attendee is unable to attend due to circumstances beyond their control inside the cancellation window, they may be allowed to attend an optional seminar. All complaints are taken very seriously and will be resolved with the utmost care and consideration for the high CPE standards required by The NASBA.

Every effort will be made to quickly resolve the complaint to the customer's complete satisfaction.

45 days out but less than 14 days prior to the seminar date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the seminar date are not refundable.

Program Cancellation:

In the event the organization is unable to provide a scheduled seminar, the organization will provide a 100% refund to all paid attendees who are registered for the event.
